In seeking to enhance the cultural soft power, cultural power under the background of building, the cultural construction of Changzhou has been walking in the forefront of Jiangsu."Ten million project" is the driving force China Changzhou carry forward traditional calligraphy culture, in recent years, with the implementation of the government to the cultural construction attention, and "key project", vigorously promote the construction of local traditional culture, is also in accordance with the Ministry of Education promulgated the "guidelines" Calligraphy Education in primary and middle schools. In the primary school calligraphy education in Changzhou leading to the same level of prefecture level city and bear rich fruits, still face some problems and deficiencies. In order to better promote the development of Changzhou primary school calligraphy education, the author tries to study Changzhou primary school, to understand their current situation, mining its shortcomings, the present situation and problems are analyzed, and some ideas and suggestions, in order to better promote the home culture doing its bit.
