The Professionalization Of Instructors In Colleges And Universities

The team of college counselors is the backbone of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the organizer and instructor of students' ideological and political education, and the key element of maintaining college stability. So the development of times calls for greater improvement of counselors. However, at present, in our country most college counselors teams are not very stable, and the quality of college counselors teams has been in decline, which is due to social factors, college factors, the mentors'factors, and mainly due to the fact that the mentor is not a life-long career. This paper attempts to find a way to promote professionalization of counselors in order to make this team more standard and scientific, by analyzing the history to the present situation of counselor system in China, and the transformation of ideas to perfecting the system.
