| Strengthening the political education is an urgent mission of new time. University students can develop harmoniously depends highly on whether we can bui1d a team of professionalization counsellor team,we have to fully understand the importance of taking measures to professionalize the team from the height of time and situation of a whole. Counsellors are the main force of university students'political education. Therefore,how to raise their quality is a great task facing the reform of higher education. This paper is analyzing the team of counsellors to find the problems and trying to find the countermeasure and advice to improve the professionalization to reinforce the political education of university students and consequently perfect a professional team of counsellor.
