In the Internet era, the rapid development of the Internet on young people is undoubtedly a "double-edged sword." physical and psychological development of young people have had a profound impact. Especially primary and middle school students of the special group of young people, have a very strong impact management of the education of Chinese students to the new problems and challenges. However, in different grade (age), there are some obvious differences, Students of primary and middle school students are still the main use of the Internet crowd, The higher grade students use the Internet on a higher level. (3) the use of the Internet "network age," the use of the Internet "entertainment" "learning" and "community" as the overall level of quality mental health of a significant predictors. "Internet age" the greatest impact on the mental health of the Internet "entertainment" content and "learning" as the second, and the "social" content of the smallest.
