The Primary Lipid Abnormalities Of Tcm Syndrome Type And Tcm Constitution

Objective:The paper systematically reviews and analyzes causes and pathogenesis transition of hyperlipidemia. And exposing the correlation between syndrome types and constitutional types of TCM of Primary Hyperlipidemia. Analyzing the differences between syndrome types and constitutional types of TCM in the stage of sub clinical and clinical, to propose evidences for preventing and controlling Primary Hyperlipidemia in different stages.Methods:1.Selecting 178 patients of Primary Hyperlipidemia, and divided them into five different groups:phlegm-stangation-syndorme, spleen-kidney-yang-deficiency-syndrome, liver-kidney-yin-deficiency-syndrome, yin-deficiency-yang-supfluity-syndrome, qi and blood-stagnation-syndrome. And then, judging the constitutional type of TCM accorded to constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire (CCMQ).2.Carrying out examinations of eight indexes on Pant cholesterol(TC) High Density lipoprotein(HDL-C), Low Density lipoprotein(LDL-C), and analyzing the relationship between 9 different constitutional types.3. Exposing the relationship between syndrome types and constitutional types of TCM, following the statistical method in Medical Research.Results:1. The of comparison between sub clinical and clinical sets in the sex,age has never shown a difference in statistics. Through t-test, p's being worth is all smaller than 0.05. It means that the differences between the two sets in the duration,BMI,WHR are significance. The result of comparing two sets in smoking shows that there is significant difference in statistical. The result of comparing two sets in drinking shows that there is no significant difference in statistical. We can propose that the comparison of the two sets have indiscrimination in drinking and smoking.2. Through the analysis of variance, we conclude that differences of the two set in TC,HDL-C,LDL-C are indiscrimination, and there is discrimination difference in TG. The differences of TC,TG,HDL-C,HDL-C in different constitutional types has no significant difference.3. The difference of the constitution of syndrome type and constitutional type of TCM in the two sets has no significant difference. The correlation between syndromes and the constitution is not clear.Conclusion:1. The behavior of smoking has effect on the process of the disease. And the duration,BMI,WHR have bad influence, accelling the deterioration of the disease.2. The patient in stage of sub clinical whose examinations in TC,HDL-C,LDL-C are larger is inclined to the clinical stage.3. The patient whose constitution is phlegm-dampness,suffering from hyperlipidemia, is likely to the phlegm-stangation-syndorme. Those whose constitution are yang-deficiency are likely to spleen-kidney-yang-deficiency-syndrome. Those whose constitution are yin-deficiency are likely to liver-kidney-yin-deficiency-syndrome and yin-deficiency-yang-supfluity-syndrome. Those whose constitution are qi-depression are likely to qi and blood-stagnation-syndrome.
