Object:This article through to100cases of patients with hyperlipidemia clinical material as the basis,using modern statistical methods for analysis of conventional indicators of lipid check, that is total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), apolipoprotein A (Apo-Al), apolipoprotein B (Apo-B) with the correlation of constitution in Chinese medicine type paper discusses, hope to find the inner relationship between them, so as to provide objective cause body treatment theoretical basis.Method:1.Choose100cases of standard hyperlipidemia patient, through the answer to fill in "the constitution in Chinese medicine classification and determine table" to all the problems, which is divided into nine kinds of physical types:Moderate physical, Qi physical, Yang physical, Yin physical, Phlegm wet physical, Hot and humid physical, Ecchymosis physical,Qi physical, Special intrinsic physical.2.Collects patient’s general information,the tobacco and liquor hobby, the medical history, blood fats complete set each target namely total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low density lipoprotein (LDL), apolipoprotein A (Apo-Ai), apolipoprotein B (Apo-B) and the use of the above indicators of lipid composition of three kinds of lipid ratio(TC/TG, LDL/HDL, Apo-A1/Apo-B),and finally nine kinds of Chinese constitution of the indicators with the comparative analysis to explore its relevance.3.Statistics:Statistical methods include descriptive statistics and statistical inference.Descriptive statistics the amount of use of mean±tandard deviation(x±d)or forming(%), said a comparison between the number of physical types of analysis of variance, are used to compare the number of pairwise t test(SNK method). All statistics were carried out using SPSS18.0,tabulation software used Excel2003.Results:1.100cases of patients with hyperlipidemia,Moderate physical in10(10%), Qi physical20cases (20%), Yang quality14cases (14%), Yin physical of18cases (18%), Phlegm wet physical22patients (22%), Hot and humid physical in5patients (5%), Ecchymosis physical in10(10%), gas yu of1cases (1%), Special intrinsic physical of0cases (0%).2.Check the indicator in the blood lipids, TC,LDL in the humid between the Moderate physical and Ecchymosis physical by the statistical significant difference (P<0.05);and for the remaining indexes, the evidence was no significant difference between types (P>0.05).3.In three kinds of hematic fat ratio (TC/TG, LDL/HDL, Apo-A1/Apo-B) in the comparison, the ratio of TC/TG in every physical classification no difference (P>0.05).The ratio of LDL/HDL in Ecchymosis physical and Moderate physical, Qi physical, Yang physical, Yin physical, Phlegm wet physical in the comparison, there was a significant difference after statistics test (P<0.05).To LDL/HDL, having statistics relativity compared with Hot and humid physical between Ecchymosis physical and Qi physical (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Elderly patients with hyperlipidemia of TCM Constitution to phlegmy wet quality, deficiency of Yin quality quality, give priority to.2. Blood fat check index, TC, LDL discrepancy of constitution in Chinese medicine for Ecchymosis physical qualitative probability.3.Three blood fat ratio (TC/TG, LDL/HDL, Apo-A1/Apo-B)found that Hot and humid quality, Ecchymosis physical LDL/HDL ratio is higher, while Hot and humid quality, Ecchymosis physical Apo-A1/Apo-B ratio is low, so Ecchymosis physical, Hot and humid quality than other physical are more likely to coronary heart disease.
