| Objective: In this paper I divide the hyperlipidemia people into five groups on thebase of the syndrome differentiations of TCM and clinical diagnosis method, and thenanalyze the syndrome types of traditional Chinese Medicine of the hyperlipidemia peoplewho have exorbitant BMI or incorporative Cardiovascular diseases with the method ofmodern statistics. The result of the distribution of the hyperlipidemia people who haveexorbitant BMI or incorporative Cardiovascular diseases is very important in preventing,diagnosing and curing the disease. Method: Firstly, I collect one hundred and twentypatients, write down their names, genders, ages, heights, weights, incorporativeCardiovascular diseases and blood lipid index. Secondly, I divide the patients into fivesyndrome types: phlegm-stagnation syndrome,spleen-kidney-yang-deficiency syndrome,liver-kidney-yin-deficiency syndrome, yin-deficiency-yang-superfluity syndrome, qiand blood-stagnation syndrome. Thirdly, I analyze the syndrome types of traditionalChinese Medicine of the hyperlipidemia people who have exorbitant BMI or incorporativeCardiovascular diseases, and then discuss their relationship. Result:The patients are morelikely to be qi and blood-stagnation syndrome and phlegm-stagnation syndrome;thehyperlipidemia people of different syndrome types of TCM don’t have obvious differencesin genders; the elder patients may be more likely to be hyperlipidemia; the patients whohave exorbitant BMI may be more likely to be phlegm-stagnation syndrome; the patientswho have incorporative Cardiovascular diseases may be more likely to be qi andblood-stagnation syndrome; the patients who have diabetes may be more likely to beliver-kidney-yin-deficiency syndrome. Conclusion:The syndrome types of traditional Chinese Medicine of the hyperlipidemia people who haveexorbitant BMI or incorporative Cardiovascular diseases have some regulations. |
