Hyperlipidemia is a variety of internal and external factors that cause various disorders of lipid metabolism in human serum. It is an important factor of many cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This year, hyperlipidemia has become one of the main diseases that plagued the health of the nation.Because its early symptoms are not obvious, and because of its complex etiology and pathogenesis, there is no standardized TCM syndrome name and unified syndrome differentiation standard for hyperlipidemia. This study is to study the correlation between the common TCM syndrome type and the objective index of hyperlipidemia,to find out the internal relation between the objective index and the TCM syndrome type, and to assist the clinical syndrome differentiation with the measurable indexes of modern medicine.[research methods]1.60 cases of primary hyperlipidemia met the inclusion criteria were collected clinically, and five TCM syndromes were classified according to relevant questionnaires.2.general information of patients, such as age, sex, body mass index, smoking and alcohol addiction, history of disease, history of family history, family history,TC,triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),apolipoprotein Ai(Apo-A1),apolipoprotein B(Apo-B),lipoprotein(a)seven indexes and three kinds of blood lipid ratios made up of these indicators were analyzed. Finally, the correlation between the five TCM syndromes and all indexes were compared and analyzed, and the correlation was discussed.3.statistical methods:60 cases of primary hyperlipidemia patients' clinical data and TCM syndromes data were entered into the excel table.According to the requirements, statistical processing is carried out on the related data:the statistical analysis is used to describe the statistical data using the ratio of the composition and the normal distribution of the measurement data. The non normal distribution uses the rank sum test, and the counting data is checked by chi square test.SPSS 22 statistical software was used for statistical processing. It is considered that the P value is less than 0.05 with statistical significance.[results]1.there was no significant difference in the distribution of hyperlipidemia in all age groups(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference in BMI index, complication and course of disease.2.patients of different age groups and five kinds of TCM syndrome types were statistically significant differences(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the distribution of sex, hyperlipidemia and the distribution of the disease in the 5 syndrome types(P>0.05).3.there was no significant difference in the level of TG,LDL-C and HDL-C among all TCM syndromes(P>0.05).Phlegm turbidity accumulation syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome were significantly different in TC level(P<0.05).4.all TCM syndromes were significantly different in the ratio of blood lipids to TC/TG,LDL-C/HDL-C and Apo-AI/Apo-B three groups.Among them, the TC/TG ratio of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity is the largest, which is significantly different from other syndromes. The ratio of the two syndrome types LDL/HDL of yin deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is the most, the ratio of the phlegm dampness syndrome is the smallest, and there is a significant difference between the two syndrome types of yin deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and the phlegm dampness syndrome.About ApoAI/ApoB ratio,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome is the highest and yin deficiency yang hyperactivity syndrome is the lowest. There was a significant difference between the two(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Objective indicators of modern medicine have certain relationship with TCM Syndromes of hyperlipidemia, which can help clinical differentiation.
