| Objective:To study the TCM syndrome type distribution characteristics of threatened abortion,TCM Constitutional Types, personality characteristics, as well as the relations among the analysis of the disease and its physical structure, the relationship between the social psychological factors. Study the threatened abortion on the psychological mechanism of pathology and threatened abortion in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control.Methods:According to the clinical manifestations of patients with threatened abortion, and consulting a large number of relevant books and historical documents, form the formulate that could cause threatening miscarriage risk factors and the characteristics of syndrome for threatened abortion investigation questionnaire,collect general situation, such as systemic symptoms, tongue and pulse, maternal history reference in clinical classification of syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine. Using professor wang in traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision table inventory and eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) gather relevant clinical data. Respondents use question-and-answer or fill out fill in the content type to complete the questionnaire, the collected data together into Excel, using SPSS17.0statistical analysis of data.Results:1. The80patients with threatened abortion syndrome types of TCM survey results:there were49cases with kidney deficiency type, accounting for61.25%; Spleen with kidney deficiency type14cases, accounting for17.5%;2.80patients with threatened abortion using the eysenck personality questionnaire measured its personality characteristics result:the neuroticism is45cases, accounting for65.0%; the psychoticism is13cases, accounting for16.25%;(1) using the χ2test analysis, the early threatened abortion patients personality types distribution were statistically significant difference (P<0.05).(2) T score compared with normal women the difference was statistically significant.3.80cases of threatened abortion patients about the TCM Constitutional Types, the results of the survey is:qi depression is 34cases, accounting for42.5%; Yang deficiency is11cases, accounting for13.75%;4.80cases of threatened abortion patients among the TCM syndrome types, personality traits and Syndrome Types Differentiation Of TCM relationgship research results:(1) syndrome types Differentiation Of TCM and personality:neuroticism distribution difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); kidney deficiency about40, accounting for76.92%,(2) syndrome types Differentiation Of TCM and TCM Constitutional Types:qi depression are larger proportion in kidney deficiency, total of18cases, accounting for78.26%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).(3) TCM Constitutional Types and personality:qi depression and a neuroticism was significant connected.Conclusion:1.Threatened abortion syndrome types of TCM are mainly "kidney deficiency, spleen and kidney deficiency, in the80cases of respondents, kidney deficiency, including liver and kidney deficiency)> spleen kidney both deficiency syndrome> kidney> blood stasis of blood heat> qi weakness syndrome.2. Patients with threatened abortion on personality characteristics with neurotic personality is given priority, appear to be more anxiety, fear, often depressed, worry, have a strong emotional response characteristics.3.Qi depression is a probably physique in threatened abortion. In the80cases,qi depression>Yang quality> deficiency of yang> deficiency of qi>blood stasis> deficiency of yin>phlegm mass wet>hot humid.4. The research found that patients with kidney deficiency, has more neurotic personality; Neuroticism and qi depression are correlated, qi depression has typicalEPQ N dimension personality characteristics of the highest scores. So,we can say that "TCM syndrome type","Constitution Of TCM","Personality traits"and has certain its inner link among them. |
