More Whooping Capsule Treatment Of Perimenopausal Asthma Disease (kidney Liver Depression) Clinical Efficacy Studies

Objective: To better the treatment of whooping Capsule perimenopausal female patients with chronic bronchial asthma in duration (I class, II class, III class) to observe the clinical efficacy studies, proved to be more whooping Capsule at improving both the peri-menopausal symptoms at the same time , but also can improve asthma symptoms. To deepen in this special period of asthma awareness, thus improve the clinical efficacy and the treatment of peri-menopausal period to create a new approach to asthma. Methods: The subjects of diagnosed chronic bronchial asthma duration (I class, II class, III class) of 60 cases of peri-menopausal female patients with asthma, divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Application of the treatment group more whooping Capsule oral treatment; control group seretide (50/250ug) inhalation therapy. Evaluation of 60 cases of patients with drug use before and after peri-menopausal symptoms, asthma symptoms to improve the situation, and compared. Results: In control group at significantly improve asthma symptoms, peri-menopausal symptoms without improvement; and at two aspects of the treatment group had significantly improved than those in the control group. The overall efficacy of the results of contrast, treatment group, the total efficiency and peri-menopausal symptom improvement rates were 83.33% and 92.50%, total effective rate of the control group and peri-menopausal symptom improvement rates were 76.67% and 62.33%. Comparison of the total efficiency of the two groups there is no significant difference (P> 0.05), peri-menopause symptom improvement rates were significantly different (P <0.05).
