Clinical Observation Of Press Needle Combined With Shugan Jieyu Capsule In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Depression Of Liver Depression Type

Objective:Press needle combined with shugan jieyu capsule and the simple use of shugan jieyu capsule,comparing the therapeutic effect of these two treatment methods on perimenopausal depression of liver depression type Evaluating the clinical efficacy of press needle combined with shugan jieyu capsule.To provide a more reasonable and scientific therapy for patients with perimenopausal depression of liver depression typeMethords:64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)The patients in the control group were given shugan jieyu capsule orally,while patients in treatment group were given press needle treatment combined with shugan jieyu capsule orally.14 days for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatmentTo observe the changes of HAMD score,Kupperman score and TCM symptom score after 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment,thus statistical analysis was performed to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.14 days after the completion of 2 courses of treatment,follow up the effective cases and the compare the recurrence rates of the two groupsResult:1.The treatment group's effective rate was 93.33%and the other group was 87.09%.They have no statistical significance(P>0.05)said the clinical curative effect of the two groups were similar.2.The socre of HAMD Both groups showed a significant decrease after 1 and 2 courses of treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.001),which meant both groups can significantly improve the depressive symptom;Comparison between groups after 1 and 2 courses of treatment showed a significant difference(P<0.05)that meant the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of perimenopausal depression.3.The score of Kupperman:Both groups showed a significant decrease after 1 and 2 courses of treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.001),which meant both groups can significantly improve the perimenopausal symptoms;Comparison between groups after 1 and 2 courses of treatment showed a significant difference(P<0.05)that meant the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the perimenopausal symptoms.4.The score of TCM syndrome Both groups showed a significant decrease after 1 and 2 courses of treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.001),which meant both groups can significantly improve the TCM syndrome;Comparison between groups after 1 and 2 courses of treatment showed a significant difference(P<0.05)that meant the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the TCM syndrome.The recurrence rates in the treatment group were 7%and the control group were 11.11%.There is no significant difference between the two percentages which meant the recurrence rates were similar between the two groups.Conclusion:Press needle combined with shugan jieyu capsule has an affirming curative effect on the treatment of perimenopausal depression of liver depression type.
