Observation of feeding rats a week, with the exception of the blank group, for each group are given high fat diet, after two weeks of the fasting rats under orbital venous blood, measured in each group serum TC and TG indicators.TC> 5.72mmol / L and / or TG> 1.7mmol / L for the purpose of establishing a successful model, and then begin to give each group stages of treatment administered, 6 Groups are 28 days for one course of treatment, Wistar rats Hyperlipemia blank group and model group were given 1ml of distilled water / 100g body weight oral administration, since the proposed Jiangzhi Decoction group in accordance with the high, medium and low measurement of separately administered Xuezhikang control group, by measurement of body weight 1ml/100g delivery. Continue to give medication during the high fat diet, normal activity, continuous delivery of 28 days after the determination of hyperlipidemia in rats after treatment of serum TC and TG content changes.Result: Through this experiment, we can see that self-made soup Jiangzhi high, medium and low dose group and the positive control drug in lowering hyperlipidemia serum total cholesterol (TC), serum triglyceride (TG) levels, compared with the model group , were significantly different (P <0.05); self-made soup Jiangzhi dose group, high dose group in the reduction of hyperlipidemia in serum total cholesterol (TC), serum triglyceride (TG) levels of both Xuezhikang compared with no significant difference (P> 0.05);Self-made soup Jiangzhi high, medium and low dose group in hyperlipidemic rats to reduce serum total cholesterol (TC) level before and after treatment comparison group, there is significant difference (P <0.01); Self Jiangzhi Decoction high, medium dose to reduce serum triglycerides in hyperlipidemic rats (TG) levels before and after treatment comparison group, there is significant difference (P <0.01).Conclusion: Self Jiangzhi Decoction can reduce hyperlipidemia serum TC and TG concentrations in rats, the effection shows that there is a clear role about lipid-lowering.
