Hovenia Dulcis Decoction Of Experimental Hyperlipidemic Rats Tc / Tg

Objective: To observe the effect on the Raisin Tree Seed Decoction on the blood fat and relevant index of the hyperlipidemia rats; discuss the theory and experiment basis of the prescription to the hyperlipidemia.Methods: Healthy Wistar rats were divided into six groups by using random number table and each group contains ten rats. The six groups include low dose of the Raisin Tree Seed Decoction group,medium dose of the Raisin Tree Seed Decoction group, high dose of the Raisin Tree Seed Decoction group,Xuezhikang group (positive control), the control group and model group. the Raisin Tree Seed Decoction group high,moderate,lowgroups were poured the decoction at dose of 3.75g/kg,2.5/kg,1.25g/kg respectively, Xuezhikang group at dose of 0.2g/kg, and the normal control group and the model group were poured the physiological saline solution at dose of after14days.During the period ,the other group except the normal control group were raised the high fat forage continuously.To observe changes of the Raisin Tree Seed Decoction Seed on the blood fat, and determine changes in serum TC and TG content.Results: By administration of measuring changes in serum TC and TG content , The levels of the serum TC,TG, of the rats in the model group are higher than those in the normal control group obviously(P<0.01,P<0.001), the Raisin Tree Seed Decoction high , medium and the masculine comparison group are lower than those in the model group (P<0.05,P<0.01orP<0.001),.Whereas the low dose makes no effect on the above ease.Conclusion: The Raisin Tree Seed Decoction can cure the hyperlipidemia safely and effectively and should be applied and popularized in clinical case.
