Lung And Spleen Tongzhi In The Treatment Of Chronic Cough In Children ( Phlegm - Heat Obstructing Lung Type ) Clinical Research

Objiect:Investigate the using of Lung-Spleen together treatment on chronic children cough,through treatment research of Newmade Liuanjian for Sputum and Heat Obstrction Lung type of chronic children cough.Method:Set up clinical project through the comprehension study about document and my tutor's summary of experience,divided 60 cases patients children who belong to Sputum and Heat Obstrction Lung type of chronic children cough into treatment group and control group by 1:1.And each of them 30 cases.Compare the general situation,history reason and main symptoms between 2 groups.Then according to the children patients'age,offer Newmade Liuanjian for treatment group and Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Koufuye for control group separately.7 days as one period and offer 1 period.Compare the treatment effect and improvement after main symptoms between 2 groups.Result:(1) After 1 period treatment,the treatment effect of Newmade Liuanjian treatment group is suspectively better than Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Koufuye.(p＜0.01). (2) Improvement of main symptoms of treatment group is better than control group.Conclusion:Newmade Liuanjian is effective for treating Sputum and Heat Obstrction Lung type of chronic children cough.It's better in improving symptoms and clinical effects than control group.It shows that together treatment on Lung-Spleen can get satisfied effects for Sputum and Heat Obstrction Lung type of chronic children cough.
