Moist And Phlegm To Treatment Of Children With Chronic Cough Hyperactivity Yin Folder Sputum-based Clinical Study

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Qing Run Hua Tan Fa(QRHTF) for chronic cough(Lung Heat and Yin Deficiency Jia Tan syndrome)Methods: Based on the experience of my tutor and a comprehensive study of literature, developing the scheme. 40 cases of patients of Lung Heat and Yin Deficiency Jia Tan were chosed into the subject . according to the age of the children with a corresponding dose of drugs. Compare the change of their own main symptoms and signs(The degree of cough, frequency of the cough, expectoration, lung auscultation, Pharynx, tonsil, thirst, stool, Tongue). And the change of laboratory tests (chest X-ray, blood, etc.). Judging the clinicaleffect by comparing with the improvement of the symptoms. the whole treating process is 7days altogether, and 10 days after treatment with a follow-up.Results: The total effective rate of clinical symptoms was 90%, There was a significant difference (P<0.05) between after and before the treatment .Conclusion: The Clinical efficacy of Qing Run Hua Tan Fa(QRHTF) for chronic cough(Lung Heat and Yin Deficiency Jia Tan syndrome)was clear. It can significantly improve the main symptoms of cough, and the secondary symptoms, such as thirsty and constipation can be improved also. The clinical effect was very good.
