Clinical Observation Of Qingfei Peiyuan Granule In The Treatment Of Pneumonia In The Elderly

Objective: To Observed the Qing-Fei-Pei-Yuan combined western medical therapy of senile pneumonia syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung with purely western medicine treatment.In the clinical signs and symptoms of the patient,blood,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,iconography and other aspects of the impact,Proposed an optimized scheme of integrative traditional and Western medicine senile pneumonia,so as to explore the clinical value of Qing-Fei-Pei-Yuan granules and its clinical significan-ce.Methods: 72 cases of patients who meet the standards are senile pneumonia syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung were randomly to two groups.The control group of 36 cases,with pure Western medicine,Treatment group,36 cases were given Qing-Fei-Pei-Yuan granules and Western medicine.14 days before and after treatment to observe changes in the clinical symptoms and signs,blood,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,iconography and other aspects of the impact.Through comparing the curative effect of treatment group and control group.Objectively evaluate the Qing-Fei-Pei-Yuan granules clinical efficacy of senile pneumonia syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung.Results:(1)Comparative effectiveness research: The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were higher thanthose in control group,The t-test proves : Difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)Comparative clinical symptoms: The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were higher thanthose in control group,The t-test proves :the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The treatment group compared with control group has obvious advantages in improving individual symptoms,Such as cough fever asthma chest tightness and other Clinical symptoms,The-test proves::the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After treatment two groups were significantly decreased in blood,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,iconography,treatment group is higher than the control group.The t-test proves : Difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).(5)Two groups after treatment the X-ray chest effusion shadows has dissipated,The t-test proves: Difference between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Qing-Fei-Pei-Yuan granules can better improve the senile pneumonia fever,cough onset,expectoration,sputum color,sputum volume,quality sputum.Treatment group can obviously reduce the C-reactive protein in patients with calcitonin original level,better than the control group.3.Treatment group t can obviously improve the pulmonary effusion shadows, comparing the two groups,the treatment group have obvious advantages.
