Study About Clinical Efficacy Of The Self-Made Silver Ointment In The Treatment Of Static Plaque Psoriasis

Objective: Comparative Study on the Clinical Efficacy of the Self-made silver ointment and Calcipotriol Ointment in the Treatment of mild to moderate static plaque Psoriasis,and to explore the feasibility and the mechanism of Selfmade silver ointment.Methods: A randomized method was used to divide the 60 patients who meet the inclusion criteria into two groups,the treatment group and the contro lgroup.Given the treatment group of Self-made silver ointment and the another group of Calcipotriol Ointment.Before treatment,4th,8th week,recording patients of the two groups with single lesions,itching,observing cases of adverse reactions and laboratory test results.Analyzing the data statistically in the end.Results: In this study,54 cases of clinical studies were completed,and the treatment group and the control group were completed in 27 cases.The 4th week of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group 70.37%,55.55% in the control group the 8th week,the treatment group accounted for 77.77%,the control group occupy 62.96%.The comprehensive effect of the two group.In the 4th week,the treatment group was better than the control group in the infiltration and scaling,the treatment group in the area of the skin lesions,Erythema,scaling,infiltration and itch improvement than the control group.The difference of PASI score between the two groups at the 4th week and the 8th week was statistically significant.The self-made silver ointment on the remission of the disease were better than the control group of Calcipotriol Ointment.Conclusion: This study confirmed the clinical efficacy of self-prepared silver ointment in the treatment of mild to moderate stationary plaque psoriasis.
