| Purpose:To analyze IL-17 A,IL-17 C,IL-17 F and the related cytokines in peripheral blood and skin lesions of the psoriasis patients with different clinical types and phenotypes,and explore the relations among progressive stage,stable stage,and different clinical manifestations.Method : Choose psoriasis patients who were diagnosed in dermatology of Ruijin Hospital from November 2015 to March 2016 as case group.Among them,16 cases are psoriasis vulgaris patients,seven are erythrodermic psoriasis patients,and 11 are atopic dermatitis patients.According to the progression of the disease and the form of plaque,the16 cases were divided into two groups,which are the progressive stage group(n = 7)and stable stage group(n = 9).Meanwhile,collect 9 healthy persons who had had skin surgery in the buttocks in Ruijin hospital dermatology department at the same period as the control group.Use Rt-qPCR technology to detect mRNA in sample skins,detect how IL-17 A,IL-17 C,IL-17 F,IL-22,IL-23,VEGF show in them.Results:According to the study,there are distinct statistic differences between and stable stage of the IL-17 C in psoriasis vulgaris patients.In progressive stage,the expression has increased significantly in patients’ lesions.IL-17 C and IL-23 exhibit a high degree of positive linear correlation(r = 0.926,P <0.01),while in the stable stage,IL-17 A and IL-22 shows a high degree of positive linear correlation(r = 0.852,P <0.01).No obvious statistical differences are found in related cytokines between the lesions of erythrodermic psoriasis and psoriasis vulgaris.In addition,for the psoriasispatients in stable stage,IL-22 and PASI show a positive linear correlation(r = 0.778,P <0.05),while for progressive stage patients,PASI does not exhibit any statastics correlation with related cytokines.Conclusion: The expression levels of IL-17 cytokines in psoriatic patients’ lesions vary as the process of this disease comes to different stages and clinical manifestations.Compared to IL-17 A and IL-17 F,IL-17 C may play a greater role in the early inflammation,which means it maybe is a key and a start of inflammation.IL-23 may play a synergistic effect with IL-17 C.the expression levels of IL-22 may be a measurement of severity of psoriatic lesions in stable stage. |
