Objective:I develop this research to reveal the regularity of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis and refer to a reasonable and effective prevention and clinical treatment scheme.Methods:This article is aimed to disclose some clues of the development of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis and make a suggestion of more reasonable prevention and therapy by collecting and analyzing 169 patients history with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis who are admitted in our hospital during last three years(2004.7~2007.6).More over 20 parametes are designed to meet the demand,including past history,laboratory examination and therapy effects by different prodocols.All available datas are dealt with by statistical analysis.Results:It was demonstrated that the age of onset was 20 and 29 years old,40 and 49 years old,the average age of onset was 34.37±9.01 years old.Emotion is the primary exacerbating cause,which leads patients to hospital admission.Laboratory examination found no definite relationship between metrorrhagia and metrostaxis and internal disorders,wheas it was demonstrated that age and history of menstruation disorder had apparent relation with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.Conclusion:The emphasis of prevention and therapy of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is hygiene of menstruation,avoiding or reliving operation of uterus.Early treat menstrual diseases such as profuse menorrhea,menostaxis,early menstruation so that it develop into metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.Once metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is happening,treat it earlier,hance nutrition and body,keep a quite spirit and avoid strain to prevent relapsing.The emphasis therapy of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is using Chinese and western methods systematically.
