| Objective: Using Meta analysis method to objectively appraise the efficacy and safety of the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on adolescent metrorrhagia and metrostaxis,enbody the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the disease and provide scientific evidences for the future clinical studies,treatment and medical decisions.Methods: Through the computer retrieval of relative literatures published in domestic magazines from January 1997~December 2016,select literatures which use traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of adolescent metrorrhagia and metrostaxis,at the same time,equipped with the corresponding control group which use western medicine;select literatures with strict inclusion and exclusion criteria;by risk of bias evaluation tool into the literature quality,meta-analysis was carried out on the effect of index,heterogeneity,inspection,etc.Results: This study included 20 articles,involving 1686 patients;the quality of the articles are generally low;Meta analysis result is:traditional Chinese medicine treatment of adolescent metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in the aspect of efficacy and safety compared with western medicine has obvious advantages;checking the literatures,we find the funnel plots showing asymmetric distribution.It indicates the presence of publication bias.Conclusion: Meta analysis results show that using the idea of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and combined with clinical practical work,the Chinese medicine treatment of adolescent metrorrhagia and metrostaxis has significant effect,also less adverse reaction.But it affects the reliability of the results considering the low quality of the articles and the publication bias.In the future,we need to carry out large samples,high-quality clinical researches,so as to provide convincing evidence-based medical theory basis for the treatment of the disease by traditional Chinese medicine. |
