| Objective:To observe the effect of yiqi hemostasis prescription on two virtual caving in the spleen and kidney of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis,drug safety and rehemorrhage in 3 months.Method:Prospective study,randomized,positive controlled clinical trial was used.The 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 34 patients and control group 38 cases.The treatment group was treated with yiqi hemostatic prescription.The control group was taken orally by the compound dahongpao.After the treatment respectively on two groups of curative effect,hemoglobin,endometrial thickness,the treatment group before and after treatment primary symptom,times,total score,the two groups before and after treatment time the ratings,1~3 months after treatment of two groups of patients with bleeding again primary symptom score and liver and kidney function,blood routine safety indexes such as statistical analysis,the results are summarized.Results:1?Age,the two groups before treatment course,bleeding time,clinical symptoms of TCM primary symptom,times,total score,endometrial,hemoglobin,security indicators: liver function(ALT,AST),kidney(CR,UREA),blood routine(WBC)is no statistical difference(P>0.05),comparable.2?Comprehensive efficacy comparison: treatment group: 8 cases of recovery,8 cases of excellent,12 cases of effective,3 cases without efficacy,total eff ective rate: 90.3%;Control group: 2 cases of recovery,3 cases of excellent,20 cases of effective,6 cases without efficacy,and the total effective rate was80.7%,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3?Clinical symptom evaluation table of traditional Chinese medicine: before and after treatment group,there was a significant difference(P<0.01)in the comparison of primary,secondary and total scores.Between treatment group and control group after treatment of primary symptom,times,total score,the primary symptom is no statistical difference(P>0.05),time,total score are statistically significant differences(P<0.01);After treatment,the scores were compared between the treatment group and the control group,among which the lack of strength,pain in the waist and knees,yellow or dark complexion,the cold feet and hand,poor appetite,the rare has a significant statistical difference(P<0.01);The dizziness of the tinnitus,poor sleep is no statistical difference(P>0.05);Treatment after 1 month,2 months,3 months,recurrence of bleeding again the total situation and the primary symptom score,the recurrence rate: treatment group: the first month in 3 patients,8 cases of the second month,the third month in 10 cases,control group: 14 cases of the first month,24 cases of the second month,the third month in 25 cases,by comparing two groups statistically significant(P<0.05),the primary symptom score: 1,2 months have a statistically significant difference(P<0.01),3 months,no statistical differenc e(P>0.05).4?Comparison of the results: between the treatment group and the control group,and the comparison between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,no statistical difference(P>0.05).Treatment group compared with the control group before and after treatment of endometrial thickness,there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.01),and compare the two groups after treatment of endometrial thickness,no statistical difference(P>0.05).5?Safety decision: between treatment group and control group after treatment,and their liver function(ALT,AST)before and after the treatment,kidney(CR,UREA),blood routine(WBC)had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Both the yiqi hemostatic prescription and the compound dahongpao hemostasis capsule are safe and effective for the treatment of the spleen and kidney of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.However,yiqi hemostasis is more effective in hemostasis in patients with spleen-kidney and kidney failure,and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of TCM and prevent further bleeding in the near future.It is worth further clinical and experimental study on the efficacy and long-term effects of yiqi hemostasis on patients with spleen-kidney failure after prolonged administration. |
