The Clinical Analysis Of Eliminating Blood Stasis And Stopping Metrorrhagia For The Treatment Metrorrhagia And Metrostaxis By Professor Xie

Objective: By Xie Ping professor metrorrhagia and metrostaxis treatment cases were retrospectively analyzed,the research analyzes eliminating blood stasis and stopping metrorrhagia for metrorrhagia and metrostaxis clinical curative effect,and provides reference for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of the ideas and methods.Methods: This research adopted a retrospective observational study method,collected Xie Ping eliminating blood stasis and stopping metrorrhagia for metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in 60 cases of outpatient treatment,conform to the standards included in this study,the discharge standard,detailed complete case data records,with Microsoft Excel to establish database,adopted SPSS23.0 statistical software to analyze data,basic condition of patient data,hemostatic efficacy,symptoms improvement,hemoglobin and the changes of endometrial thickness after treatment,time to stop bleeding to sort and statistics,summarized professor Xie Ping eliminating blood stasis and stopping metrorrhagia for metrorrhagia and metrostaxis clinical curative effect.Results:(1)clinical curative effect analysis: time to stop bleeding average 5.97 days,the bleeding the total effective rate was 83.3%;clinical symptoms improved the total effective rate was 90 %;the endometrial thickness comparison before and after treatment,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.hemoglobin before and after treatment,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;blood stopped serving the medicament the mean number of 6.95.(2)hemostatic efficacy analysis: course of the disease and the relationship between the hemostatic efficacy,P = 0.385 > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference;all ages and the relationship between the hemostatic efficacy,P = 0.542 > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference;the relationship between different endometrial thickness and hemostatic efficacy,P = 0.866 > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.(3)take the number of the medicament for analysis: course of the disease and take the number of the medicament relationship,P = 0.004 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;bleeding time length and take the number of the medicament relationship,P = 0.161 > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference;different endometrial thickness and take the number of the medicament relationship,P = 0.047 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(4)safety analysis: patients with drugs does not appear obvious discomfort.Conclusion: Eliminating blood stasis and stopping metrorrhagia for metrorrhagia and metrostaxis,time to stop bleeding average 5.97 days,curative effect on bleeding,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of TCM,decrease the thickness of the endometrium,increase content of hemoglobin,blood stopped serving the medicament the mean number of 6.95,disease course,age,endometrial thickness has no correlation with hemostatic efficacy,bleeding time length has no correlation with taking the number of the medicament,as the extension of disease progression,endometrial thickness increases,its take the medicament the number increased,safe and reliable clinical application.
