Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of The Treatment Gastroptosis The Zhizhu Pill

Gastroptosis is because the diaphragm suspension strength insufficiency,the endo-abdominal internal organs support ligament relaxation,the intra-abdominal pressure reduce,the stomach tensity lowly and so on cause the stomach position to reduce to qia ji on-line below,causes one kind of illness which the duodenum ball department towards left displaces.The main clinical manifestations are abdominal distention,belching,nausea,vomiting,anorexia,constipation and so on.The disease incidence rate is high,although it is the non-organic disease,the patient is suffering a lot,there is no effective drug treatment,which have seriously affected the quality of life of patients.Modern medicine is not a good method of treatment,in some situation,patients have to receive Stomach big excision method,it is very difficult to be received by patients due to the treatment of trauma and adverse reactions.Chinese medicine stress that the overall concept of seeing the body as a whole,the use of a dialectical combination of disease and methods of treatment.These ideas show a great advantages in the treatment of gastroptosis.This paper has three parts,traditional Chinese medicine clinical research progress of gastroptosis,modern medicine understanding of gastroptosis,and clinical research.The first part outline the clinical research development of gastroptosis with Chinese medicine,including dialectical treatment and special treatment.Further,this paper refer to the comparison of research development between recent years and past years.This comparison shows that the recent research has made a great progress in those aspects,including Chinese medicine name,the cause of disease,dialectical ideas,treatment methods.All these facts show that traditional Chinese medicine has a great advantage in the treatment of gastroptosis.The second part elaborate modern medicine views about the cause,pathogenesis and treatment methods of gastroptosis.though,with exact pathogenesis and diagnose of gastroptosis,modern medicine so far have no efficient treatment methods.The third part is clinical research.Research objective:with the comparision of buzhongyiqitang,we observed throuoghly the treatment effect of zhizhuwan for gastroptosis.We expect that the observation is helpful for providing new ideas and methods for the Chinese medicine treatment of gastroptosis,Research methods:The resource of 60 patients were these people who receive treatment of gastroptosis in Beijing University of Chinese medicine Dongzhimen Hospital digestion department,including internal medicine out-patient clinics and wards,during May 2006 - December 2008.We randomly divided these people into two sets,one is zhizhuwan set,the other is buzhongyiqitang set.All patients took herban twice a day,and lasted for 3 months.Then we compare the effect of two sets with SPSS13.0.SPSS13.0 main use of the general situation of the two groups,a comprehensive efficacy,symptom score after treatment, X-ray to review the extent of statistical analysis.Research results:1,After observe the two groups in gender,age,disease,X-ray examination the extent of grade,condition,treatment, severity of symptoms and the situation in the tongue vein,the statistical test were not significantly different;2,Of the 60 patients,yellow,greasy moss accounted for a total of 66.7%,dark and red tongue accounted for 43.2%total,string smooth pulse,string stringer vein and weak and thready pulse accounted for 73.3%totally.These facts demonstrate that the cause of gastroptosis is not only simply xu,but also the mixture of xu andShi.3,After 3 months of treatment,clinical efficacy gastroptosis treatment group compared with the control group,the total effective rates were 93% and 77%,the difference was significant;The use of upper gastrointestinal barium meal review three months after treatment group and the control group returned to normal gastric location were 43%and 17%,the difference was significant;The comparison of the clinical symptom score improvement after 3 months,the total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 97%and 87%respectively,the difference was significant.Conclusion of the study:1,The cause of gastroptosis is due to the disorders of up and down,and the mixture of xu and shi.The important performance is biaoxu.Therefore,the treatment should base on the rule that lift the fresh and descend the dirty,spleen and stomach for harmony.2,In practice,the treatment effect of zhizhuwan is better than that of buzhongyiqitang.
