The Observation Of Clinical Efficacy In The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency And Qi Collapse Type Gastroptosis Using Buzhong Shengxian Decotion

Objective:Using the Buzhong Shengxian Decoction for treating the spleen deficiency and qi collapse type gastroptosis,through the observation of clinical symptoms and digital gastrointestinal barium examination results before and after the treatment,and then evaluated its clinical efficacy.Methods:Collecting60cases of spleen deficiency and qi collapse type gastroptosis patients, randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with30cases in each(The treatment group included30cases, the control group included27cases at last).The treatment group was treated with Buzhong Shengxian Decoction, the control group was treated with Yangwei Granules, both groups were treated with12weeks. Observed the two groups’improvements of clinical symptoms and digital gastrointestinal barium after the treatment.Results:1. Single traditional Chinese medicine symptoms integral comparison: there were significant differences among the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group of before and after treatment (P<0.05). The control group in improving appetite and fatigue had statistical differences(P<0.05), but in the feeling of abdominal bulge was showed no statistical differences(P>0.05).2. Traditional Chinese Medicine syndroms integral comparison:the treament group and the control group could improve the clinical symptoms,the total symptom score of the two groups were significantly decreased,there was significant difference compare with those before treament(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the treatment group after treatment in symptom total score decreased,there was significantly statistical effect(P<0.05). In improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the total effective rate in the treatment group was90.00%,and the control group was74.07%,there was significantly statistical effect(P<0.05).3. Digital gastrointestinal barium meal comparison:the distance of the stomach angle below the both sides of the iliac crest attachment of the treatment group before and after treatment were significantly different(P<0.05), but the control group was not(P>0.05), the two groups had difference in digital gastrointestinal barium meal examination results after treament(P<0.05).4. Curative effect comparison:In the disease curative effect between the Buzhong Shengxian Decoction and the Yangwei Granules,the total effective rate in the treatment group was86.67%,and the control group was70.47%,there was significantly statistical effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results show that, Buzhong Shengxian Decoction in the treatment of spleen deficiency and qi collapse type gastroptosis can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients and enhance the degree of ptosis of the stomach compared with the Yangwei Granules,prompted that based on syndrome differentiation used traditional Chinese medicine was better than the fixed prescription treatment.
