Application Of Buzhongyiqitang To The Early Complication Of Diarrhea Related Symptoms After Dixon Surgery

Objective: To investigate the treatment efficacy of Buzhongyiqitang to the early complication of diarrhea related symptoms after Dixon surgery.Methods: Using Buzhongyiqitang to treat the patients for three weeks, who have the diarrhea related symptoms after Dixon surgery for nearly one month. Comparing effects of the treatment after taking the medication and before taking the medication by using the statistical. Analysis relevant factors affecting the therapeutic effect. Using Excel 2007 and SPSS 19.0 software for statistical analysis,P<0.05 is statistically significant.Results: Analysis the 73 cases of diarrhea related symptoms after Dixon surgery,comparing efficacy before and after taking the medicine,P=0.001<0.05,is statistically significant.Sex in the overall evaluation of anal function before the treatment P = 0.271, after the treatment P=0.063 > 0.05,are not statistically significant. Ages are separated by four groups in the overall evaluation of anal function before treatment, P =0.655,0.197,0.3170.201,0.655,0.655,aftertreatmentP=0.276,0.785,0.180,0.251,0.317,1.000> 0.05,are not statistically significant. According to the location of the tumor before surgery,we separated four groups for statistical.The tumor that located in low position in the overall evaluation of anal function compared with the median and high position, P =0.004,0.017<0.05, is statistically significant. The tumor that located in median and high position were compared before the treatment, P=0.490> 0.05, is not statistically significant. The tumor that located in median and high position in the overall evaluation of anal function were compared after the treatment, P =0.014 < 0.05, is statistically significant. The tumor located in low position compared by itself before and after taking the medicine,P=0.001<0.05,is statistically significant.Conclusion: The treatment of Buzhongyiqitang to rectal cancer patients after Dixon with diarrhea related symptoms is significant. Age and sex are not statistically significant in diarrhea and therapeutic effect. Levels of the tumor before the surgery influence the treatment.The treatment to the median position is better while the high position is not. The treatment to the low position is significant to some extent.
