Qi Deficiency And Fever Model In Rabbits Preparation And Buzhongyiqitang Its Intervention Role

Objective:The aim of this study is to investigate the method of Prepare Qi Xu fever rabbits model, Observation the treatment of Bu Zhong Yi Qi soup to Qi Xu fever rabbits, and investigate it's Mechanism, to provide experimental evidence for it's further clinical application. Methods:1 Establish fever due to deficiency of vital energy rabbit model18 New Zealand rabbits(1.8-2.2kg) were randomized into 3 groups,normal group, qi asthenia group, fever due to deficiency of vital energy group. Used starvation method(fasted with access to water)to establish qi asthenia model, endotoxin of escherichia coli was diluted to a final concentration of 200ng/m1. Then vein of rabbit ear margin were injected with 200ng/kg endotoxin of escherichia coli to copy a fever due to deficiency of vital energy rabbit model.2 The effect of Bu Zhong Yi Qi soup to fever due to deficiency of vital energy rabbit42 New Zealand rabbits (1.8-2.2kg) were randomized into 7 groups,normal group, qi asthenia group, fever due to deficiency of vital energy group, aspirin positive group, Bu Zhong Yi Qi soup high,Middle,low group. positive group were administration of Aspirin Enteric-Coated Tablets. Bu Zhong Yi Qi soup group were administration of 4.0,2.0,1.0g/ml Bu Zhong Yi Qi soup respectively, the Dose was 1ml/100g, one day twice, last for 7days. Observed the changes of rabbit temperature,assaied the levels of NO,NOS,TNF-α,IL-1βin serum and the index of blood rheological.3.The effect of Bu Zhong Yi Qi soup to the lung and spleen morphology change of fever due to deficiency of vital energy rabbitsAt the end of experiment, observated the morphous of lung and spleen, then lung and spleen were fixated, dehydrated, embedded, section, HE stained to check the pathology of lung and spleen. Results:1 Establish fever due to deficiency of vital energy rabbit modelAfter injected vein of rabbit ear margin into endotoxin of escherichia coli(200ng/kg) 1.5h, the fist temperature peak were observated,temperature Increased obviously,arrived to 40.7℃,and was more than qi asthenia group (â–³T) 1.3℃. the second temperature peak were observated at the third hour,the fever period last for 8h. Compared to normal group,NO,NOS in the fever due to deficiency of vital energy rabbit Serum has a Significant reduce(p<0.05), the reduce percentage were 41.4%å'Œ19.3% respectively;Whole blood viscosity and Plasma viscosity has a obviously increase(p<0.05),the reduce percentage were 37.4% and 21.8% respectively.2 The effect of Bu Zhong Yi Qi soup to fever due to deficiency of vital energy rabbitCompared to fever due to deficiency of vital energy group,Bu Zhong Yi Qi soup high,middle,low dose groups all have a strike effect to reduce rabbit fever that caused by inject endotoxin of escherichia coli into vein(p<0.05),and this effect could last to the seconds hot phase; Compared to fever due to deficiency of vital energy group, the Content Of NO,NOS,TNF-α,IL-1βin the serum had a certain increase(p<0.05), and high dose group had a more strike effect; Compared to fever due to deficiency of vital energy group, Whole blood viscosity and Plasma viscosity had a strike reduce(p<0.05), it indicate that Bu Zhong Yi Qi soup can improve fever due to deficiency of vital energy rabbit blood rheological.3 The effect of Bu Zhong Yi Qi soup to the lung and spleen morphology change of fever due to deficiency of vital energy rabbitCompared to fever due to deficiency of vital energy group, in Bu Zhong Yi Qi soup high,middle,low dose group, beside bronchial lumen had a slight extension,the structure of lung tissue is normal, the strain of pulmonary alveoli clear, circumscription is clearer, Morphology changing of pulmonary alveoli and alveolar could not observed; Spleen showed a normal structure.Conclusions: 1. A combined use of fasting and intraperitoneal injection endotoxin method can successfully establish fever due to deficiency of vital energy animals model.2. Bu Zhong Yi Qi soup have a obviously reduce rabbit fever that caused by endotoxin injection, and can increase the content of NO,NOS,TNF-α,IL-1βin the serum, reduce Whole blood viscosity and Plasma viscosity.3.Bu Zhong Yi Qi soup can protect fever rabbit lung and spleen due to deficiency of vital energy.
