Objective: To investigate the value in inguinal hernia repair perioperative"Modified Buzhongyiqitang".Methods: Perioperative use of antimicrobial agents in clinical trials as apositive control to Class I incision. According to the diagnostic criteria, inclusioncriteria, exclusion criteria were collected, the actual collected a total of70cases, theexperimental group and34patients in the control group of36patients. Experimentalgroup off in4cases, and ultimately selected30cases observed; off six cases of thecontrol group, the final selectionobserved30cases.Use the Modified Buzhongyiqitangsurgery before the experimental group were given the day after the3rd,340ml tapwater and simmer till120ml per dose, one a day.0.5to2hours before surgery controlgroup administered injection cefazolin sodium0.5g,intravenous infusion, after surgeryand then every8hours0.5g, to24hours after the operation ended. All patients wereobserved after the body temperature, bowel sounds and bowel ventilation time, postoperative ambulation time, incision healing, the incidence of postoperativecomplications, WBC and NEU change the situation, postoperative length of hospitalstay and total hospital costs, and each given a corresponding score, then by rowsstatistical analysis.Results:1. Two groups before treatment and general information associated withillness and type of inguinal hernia was not statistically significant (P>0.05),comparable;2.Between the two groups statistically significant (P<0.05) effects of instructions The experimental group more effective than the control group;3.Aftertreatment, the efficacy observation ratings. addition to oral surgery healing level, complications views P>0.05, no significant remaining P<0.05, significantly differencestatistically significant, indicating that the two groups in addition to oral surgeryhealing level, complications occurred in the same number of efficacy, the theremaining observed experimental group than the control group;4.After treatment ofinfectious comparison indexes were significant (P<0.05), the experimental group wasbetter than the control group in the control of infection; the recovery indicators diffpatients after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), experimental group witha good promotion after inguinal hernia repair recovery;5.surgical wound healing inpatients after treatment was not statistically significant (P>0.05) in the situation diffcomplications difference comparison indicate that the experiment group both canachieve the same effect of the control group;6.social indicators diff patients aftertreatment was statistically significant (P<0.05), the experimental group relative to thecontrol group had a better social effects;7.security indicators and adverse reactionsobserved liver function (ALT, AST), renal function (BUN, Scr) and vital signsmeasurement results were statistically no difference (P>0.05), another experimentalgroup does not appear adverse reactions prompt medication safety of the experimentalgroup. Conclusion: Modified Buzhongyiqitang in inguinal hernia perioperative reliableapplication efficacy and found no obvious side effects and adverse reactions.
