Buzhongyiqitang Therapy After Total Hip Replacement Clinical Observation Of Qi Deficiency Fever

Object i ve:To investigate the treatment of elderly Chinese Buzhongyiqitang after total hip arthroplasty clinical efficacy of Qi-deficiency and fever.Methods:2008.8-2009.4 bone nine Chinese medicine hospital in Foshan Branch Bank-patient total hip arthroplasty patients,selected in line with the standard exclusion criteria and no cases of any of the 50 cases,according to the sequence of numbers after surgery,randomly assigned to form a random search the distribution of the ratio of 1:1 Buzhongyiqitang divided into groups,ice control group,two groups of patients before and after operation in conventional anti-infection and anticoagulation therapy,the treatment group could eat after the meeting after Yiqi of soup,one day,taking two in the control group measured temperature above 38℃to give ice time.Observed in each group before treatment,treatment after a course of treatment-related symptoms of body temperature and clinical signs;analysis before and after treatment of blood,urine,stool routine examination,liver,kidney function,ECG and biochemical tests;observe any adverse reactions after treatment.Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang and ice on the treatment of postoperative total hip replacement for the efficacy of Qi-deficiency and heat-control study,with a view to an objective assessment of the efficacy of Buzhongyiqitang.Result:Buzhongyiqitang treatment group(A) and ice control group(B) in body temperature after the resumption,with statistical significant difference(P> 0.05),the clinical effects of Qi-deficiency symptom score,as statistical to deal with significant difference(P <0.05),indicating that treatment group Buzhongyiqitang Qi-deficiency type of fever after the elderly for the body to restore the control group with the ice to reach the same effect,but in the Qi-deficiency and clinical symptoms improved,patient satisfaction have a clear advantage.In addition,this study found no cases of postoperative infection.Conclusion:Buzhongyiqitang treatment group(A) and ice control group(B) in the body to restore,to improve the clinical efficacy of Qi-deficiency symptoms compared with statistical significant difference (P <0.05),show that the Buzhong Decoction for the elderly after total hip replacement Qi Deficiency Qi-deficiency symptoms of fever,as well as other aspects of the control group is better than ice.After treatment for patients with clinical symptoms improved,patients with functional training to enhance quality,improve patient satisfaction with satisfactory result.Qi-deficiency and heat treatment of this law has a long history,the masses have a good basis for the precise effect of satisfaction,there are certain advantages for clinical.
