Spleen Of Fresh Experimental Study Of The Oral Solution Treatment Of Young Rats With Spleen Deficiency Type Of Constipation Colitis

Objective: The purpose of the item is to establish the young rats model of spleen-deficiency and constipation syndrome colitis, to study the experiment of Jianpihuashi Decoction in treating spleen-deficiency and constipation syndrome colitis, and to research the treatment effect and mechanism of Jianpihuashi Decoction in treating spleen-deficiency and constipation syndrome colitis by linking the methods of the modern experiments with planning treatment according to diagnosis of TCN.Methods: In the experimental study, the young rats' model of spleen-deficiency and constipation syndrome colitis is established by the method of administering sienna leaf oral liquid by mouth and confining water. The animal experiments were carried out with quantitative and half-quantitative method to test the intestinal tract motor function of normal rats and model rats, the move rate of carbon particle in small intestine and the water content in small intestine and large intestinal canal of model rats and to research the model animal' s number and time of excreting stool and the gastroenteric motional function. The morphologic change on the model animal' s intestine is watched according to HE staining.Results: (1) This kind of animal model of spleen-deficiency and constipation Syndrome colitis of young rats has been established. Compared with the normal groups, the general condition of the model groups is abnormal, Their symptoms are as follows: the puffed and withered hair, crouching together in the corner, the sluggish response, no struggle when seized, black and dry stool, the failing body weight, the larger abdominal circumference, the decreasing of stools number and poor appetite and so on. The small intestine's moving velocity becomes greatly slower than that of the normal (P＜0.0I). (2)The pharmacodynamical observation of Jianpihuashi Decoction on the animal models of yang-deficiency constipation Syndrome colitis. Jianpihuashi Decoction can improve the motor function of constipation syndrome colitis intestinal tract and the Jianpihuashi Decoction doze group is more evident than the others. The Jianpihuashi Decoction may increase the move rate of constipation syndrome colitis carbon particle. The Jianpihuashi decoction can improve the young rats' intestinal movement to promote expelling the shit and can transform models animal's symptoms to a certain extent. The mechanism of Jianpihuashi Decoction treating constipation is probably that the decoction can improve the intestinal movement by increasing the water content in intestinal tract. At the same time, we observed that there is pertinency between the doze and the potency.
