| Purpose:This study used the traditional Chinese medicine prescription-Huangshi po wder,with carrion removing and muscle growing effect.It is externally applied to the postoperative wound of intrinsically wet poisonous and simply low positional anal fistul a.Observing its clinical curative effect,and carrying out modern pharmacological analy sis on its formulation basis and composition of the drug to provide scientific basis for its clinical application.Method:The 40 patients with intrinsically wet poisonous and simply low positional anal fistula included in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditio nal Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into experimental group(Huangshi powde r dressing,20 cases)and control group(sterilized Vaseline gauze dressings,20 cases).Selecting four time points on the 3rd,7th,10th and 14th days to observe and compare s ome indexes,such as the amount of postoperative secretion,color of granulation,pain 1 evel,area of wound,rate of area reduction,depth of wound and the time required for complete wound healing.Evaluating the overall clinical efficacy at 6 weeks after surger y and following up for 3 months.Results:(1)There is no significant difference in wound area between the two grou ps on the day and the 3rd day after operation(P>0.05).On the 7th,10th and 14th days after operation,the wound areas of the two groups show significant difference(P<0.01).(2)There is no statistically significant difference in the reduction rate of wound area between the two groups on the third day after operation(P>0.05).On the 7th,10th and 14th days after operation,vhe reduction rate of wound area in the experimental group i s significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the tw o groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)In the experimental group,there is no statistically significant difference in the depth of the wounds on the day after surgery a nd on the 3rd and 7th days after treatment(P>0.05).However,on the 10th and 14th day s after operation,the depth of wounds in the Huangshi powder medication group is sig nificantly smaller than that in the control group,and the difference is statistically signif icant(P<0.05).(4)The wound healing time in the experimental group and the control group are 17.35±2.32 days and 21.80±2.65 days respectively,and the difference betwee n the groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)On the 3rd,7th,10th and 14th days after Huangshi powder dressing,comparing with gauze dressings,the freshness of granu lation tissue is significantly better.And the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)The amounts of secretion in the experimental group on the 3rd,7th and 10th days are significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistical ly significant(P<0.05).On the 14th day after operation,the secretions of the two group s are not statistically significant(P>0.05).(7)In the experimental group,the pain score s on the 3rd and 7th day after operation are significantly lower than those in the contro 1 group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).However,on the 10th and 14t h days,the pain scores are compared with the control group,there is no difference,wit hout statistical significance(P>0.05).(8)In the overall therapeutic effect,both wounds heal completely and the cure rates are 100%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huangshi powder is effective for the wound healing of an intrinsically wet poisonous and simply low positional anal fistula.It shortens the time for wound healing,maintains the vitality of granulation tissue,reduces wound secretions,reduces p ostoperative wound pain,and has no side effects.This reflects the medical application on the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine formula of the motherland to re move carrion and grow muscle.This is suitable for clinical promotion. |
