Experimental Animals Lung Qi Deficiency And Biochemical Correlation Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: To study the relationship between deficiency of Lung Qi and AR as well as its action mechanism by testing items of biochemistry though animal experiment.Methods: Five groups are involved which are the normal group, deficiency of Lung Qi group, the AR group, deficiency of Lung Qi AR. group, deficiency of Lung Qi AR Chinese medicine group. Establishing the rat's deficiency of Lung Qi modal with method of smoking, AR modal according to An Yunfang's. The complex model was achieved on that of deficiency of Lung Qi and AR model, During the treatment phase, the rats were stimulating by 0.5% OVA 1 hour after the medicine administrate, the author observed the symptoms especially nasal symptoms. Applies Chinese native medicine the seventh weather, Testing pH volume of nasal secretion, blood serum IgE, link nucleotide and blood rheology.Results: Deficiency of Lung Qi AR group nose secretion pH value is lower than the AR group.(P<0.05); deficiency of Lung Qi AR group rat blood serum IgE is higher than AR group (P<0.01); rat blood plasma cAMP content, deficiency of Lung Qi AR group is lower than the AR group and normal group (P<0.01); Rat blood plasma cAMP/ cGMP content, deficiency of Lung Qi AR group is lower than AR group (P<0.01); In the blood rheology aspect deficiency of Lung Qi AR group and the AR group compare have the statistics significance(P<0.01).Conclusions: When deficiency of Lung Qi in vital energy is easier to induce the allergy rhinitis, also deficiency of Lung Qi in vital energy and the allergy rhinitis in biochemistry and the IgE aspect and so on link nucleotide and blood rheology are related, through treatment of the yang jing tang further to confirm deficiency of Lung Qi in vital energy and the allergy rhinitis are connected closely.
