Panzhihua City Development Strategy Project Team Building

The construction management of project team is one of important tasks of project management, it plays a crucial role for the achievement of the goal of project team. According to consult and research the literature, I found many domestic papers about the construction management of project team, but most of them just directed the general research team, and the depth of research of those papers were not enough, the strategies about team construction which were proposed by those papers lack of the operability. For a long term, I have been worked for the Institute of Science and Technology, engaged in the research about the Technology development strategies and the related fields of development strategy, so I deep understand the importance of the management of the strategy research project team. During I studied for project management's master'degree, I did deep thinking on this issue, I hoped to use the theoretical knowledge of project management and the theories to analyze the current situation of the construction of technology development strategy research team of Panzhihua City, in order to found out the problem of the process during the team building. Meanwhile, I combined the advanced theories, solutions, and techniques at present, considered the characteristic of technology development strategy team, also considered the diversity of the regional, humane, social, and natural of different team, finally, i proposed the strategies about the construction of technology development strategy research team of Panzhihua City, this strategies could be provide the theoretical foundation for the construction of technology development strategy research team of Panzhihua City, and it would be also help other similar enterprise and public institution to construction the team.This paper used information survey, data analysis, and integrating theory and practice to research and analyze the construction of technology development strategy research team of Panzhihua City. Combined with the actual situation, I studied the selection of staff of project team, the construction of the organization structure, the communication of team, the motivation of team, the sharing knowledge of team, the performance management of team and etc.This paper is divide into six chapters:The first chapter discussed the background and significance of paper's topics, introduced the purpose of the article topics, research ideas, technical line, the main content and the innovations.The second chapter introduced the current research situation of the construction of project team at home and abroad, then illustrates the related theories about the selection of staff of project team, the construction of the organization structure, the communication of team, the motivation of team, the sharing knowledge of team and the performance management of team, these theories provided the theory frame for the research.Chapter III proposed the main content of the construction of technology development project team based on illustrated the characteristics of the of technology development strategy research project team.Chapter IV applied the theories of the team building to analyze the current situation about the construction of technology development strategy research team of Panzhihua City, and find out the problem in team building, it also laid the foundation for proposing the strategies about the construction of team and improve the team performance at Chapter V.Chapter V directed the problems during the construction of Technology Development Institute for Strategic Studies at Panzhihua, combined the characteristics and practical of the Institute, according to team-building principles and methods, and proposed Panzhihua City development strategies proposed the construction of technology development strategy research team of Panzhihua City. Chapter VI is a summary and outlook.
