At present, more and more enterprises are in the troubles of staff management such as brain drain, rise in the cost of manpower and are short of solutions. How to deal with and control brain drain, how to stabilize the staff and enhance enterprise cohesive force and how to improve staff's work achievements and integrate staff management with the development stategies effectively are the critical problems that the enterprises are confronting. The thesis begins with analysis and comment on the domestic and foreign relative literature in order to lay theoritical foundation for the cause analysis of CF company. Then by use of Price-Mueller (2000) model, the thesis will work out the causes of CF company' s brain drain through the full analysis on environmental variables, individual variables and structure variables that cause CF company' s brain drain as well as the analysis on the investigation of CF company and the company' s own data. And at the end of the essay a series of measures are put forward by the causes analysis of CF company' s brain drain expecting to improve the situation of the company.
