Along with the increasing competition in the marketplace, more and more enterprises, especially high-tech enterprises, see the importance of human resource to corporation development. These enterprises pay more attention to human resource strategy to win the competition, improve corporation's innovation ability and achieve corporation's strategic goal of management.This article targets its studies on the research and development personnel (hereinafter as"R&D Personnel") of M Corporation, a high-tech corporation focusing on IC design, investigates the need of non-material inspiring measurements to the R&D Personnel through questionnaires, understands the need and attention of the R&D Personnel of M Corporation towards non-material inspiring measurements, designs non-material inspiring measurements for M Corporation and provides demonstration basis for such design.The article introduces theories of human resource inspiring measurements, development and evolvement of philosophy of human resource and non-material inspiring measurements both domestically and internationally, summarizes different expert opinions regarding theory of non-material inspiring measurements, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the non-material inspiring measurements executed by M Corporation currently using theory of management, human resource management and inspiring measurements to R&D Personnel, and schemes out a mode of non-material inspiring measurements to fit for M Corporation's practice.The article has six parts: Introduction sets forth the background, objective and purpose of this article; Part Two, theory of non-material inspiring measurements to R&D Personnel, enumerates important inspiring theories domestically and internationally as the academic basis of the article; Part Three explains the current situation of M Corporation, main characters of R&D Personnel, and the non-material inspiring measurements taken by M Corporation nowadays; Part Four makes hypothesis based on academic basis, uses questionnaire as the investigation method and provides analysis, concludes the outcome of the questionnaire and verifies the hypothesis, construes the deficiency of the non-material inspiring measurements currently executed by M Corporation; Part Five designs a mode of non-material inspiring measurements for M Corporation based on the analysis of the statistics resulting from the questionnaire; Part Six summarizes the whole article.
