With the continual progress in globalization strategy and large-scale capital opration tactic of Hunan Nonferrous Metals Group(hereinafter for short as HNG), the manpower has been changing to be higher educational level workforce then ever. And effective management and motivation of these high-quality knowledgebased employees will be one of the most important elements to maintain HNG's competitiveness and its ability to control and achieve it's globalization strategy. For such a objective, based on those theories of human resource management and employee motivation, the Knowledgebased Employees Incentive Mechanism Design Theme of HNG has been a outcome . The system can help to attract talented people to establish and maintain the enthusiasm of the workforce incentive mechanism.Knowledge-based staff from the main features of and demand for investigation start, and the integrated use of incentive pay theory, learn from the advanced experience of other enterprises, designed to wage jobs based on skills the pay system and other incentives in the form of both a knowledge-based staff incentive mechanism and take into account the practical application of incentive effect, a certain design characteristics of an incentive mechanism design.
