With the advent of the era of knowledge-driven economy, competition among modern enterprises increasingly evolved into a talent competition.Employees are one of the important assets of the enterprise. Many managers in the enterprise want to implement effective incentives to improve staff motivation. From a business perspective, motivation is an investment, return on investment is to improve the work efficiency.Effective employee incentives can increase their enthusiasm for work,so as a manager, it should be appropriate incentives for employees.This paper attempts from the perspective of incentives, in close connection with the reform of the postal internal incentives to detailed analysis of employee incentives.Enterprises are to encourage competition in the market foothold, we must attach importance to the role of employees, can help companies to resist the establishment of a potential risk of the workforce.This article used questionnaires and interviews methods to investigate the situations in Hunan postal employee incentive,then the author found that the Company's current incentives has the following questions: organizational culture,assessment mechanism unreasonable compensation system,training,career planning,incentive system and the objectives and so on. And from the employee performance appraisal, employee incentive compensation, employee training system,career planning system, goals and honor incentive system, equity incentive system that several aspects of the existing staff incentives were perfect. In addition, measures taken from the environment to create a good corporate culture, adhere to the people-oriented management philosophy, the establishment of security and oversight mechanisms implemented incentives to strengthen communication and feedback of information and other aspects, to ensure the effective operation of incentive mechanisms.In this paper, the postal company's employees Hunan incentive problems provided strong support and guidance. Furthermore, although this paper is to study the Hunan Postal employees incentive problems, but for other domestic postal enterprises have reference for meaning.
