In the era of increasingly competitive knowledge economy, the importance ofhuman resource management has become increasingly prominent. How to establish ascientific and rational system of staff motivation, to help employees to maximize theworking enthusiasm, initiative and creativity and improve organizational efficiency,has far reaching significance for the rapid development of enterprises. Currently, HFilms Ltd is in an important period of development, facing to the competitive marketof the power industry, as the inexhaustible power source of enterprise development,an indomitable team must be established for the enterprises.Based on the review of motivation theories and related literatures of humanresources management, the paper summarizes the problems and their reasons in theimplementation of incentive mechanism of Hunan Films Ltd, referring to the presentsituation of employee incentives of the enterprise, and emphasized the importance andurgency of rebuilding incentive mechanism. Combined with the characteristics of theenterprise, an optimizing solution for incentive mechanism is proposed in terms of materialincentives, mental stimulation and work incentives. The new motivational mechanism is toobtain and foster the corporate culture which build to the job market positive upwards butharmonious and healthy, set up institutionalized management staff training system, set upthe performance management system with reasonable science, design the salary modetaking achievement as direction; Improve, encourage, restrain combine together fromeliminate and withdraw from mechanism as main new motivational mechanism of content,According to company’s actual conditions finally, the implementation of the newmotivation mechanism proposes ensuring the measure and advancing the step, at the sametime in implement to new motivation problem that operation might appear to the coursedesign the solution.The paper not only practically instructs the setting in the employee’s career, theestablishment of performance appraisal system, and incentives of non-competitiveincome, but affords lessons for the development of other film industry companies.
