Along with the arrival of economic integration and enterprise internationalization, the competition among enterprises has transferred from low-level competition of production volume and product quality to high-level competition of human resources. Especially for the Medicine E-business enterprises which development owe to high-tech talents, those who understand how to recognize, foster, use and motivate persons with ability can have a prosperous future. This requires a scientific human resource management system.This paper focus on HH medicine e-commerce holding company, Analyzed the enterprise to be in by the tradition personnel management to the modern human resources management transformation stage. An important theme for our is how to make the performance evaluation of HH medicine e-commerce holding company maintains compatibility, scientificnature and advanced. In addition, the paper earnestly presents an objective analysis about existent problems and reasons of their birth in the course of performance evaluation of employees in the HH medicine e-commerce holding company. With the basic theory of the modern performance assessment, use the advanced method of Balanced Scorecard Performance Management and Key Performance Index, Proposes the Optimization theory method and the countermeasure of performance evaluation of employees in the HH medicine e-commerce holding company. Finally aims at the present stage the situation of performance evaluation of employees in the HH medicine e-commerce holding company proposed the re-engineering plan.
