The rapid development of economy,making it now,in the tide of the "new economy" era,the competition between enterprises growing,the development of the external pressure and internal force management must be more attention to enterprise management.The management of enterprise performance is the key procedure for the enterprise to realize management optimization,and it is also an indispensable prerequisite for the enterprise to realize the strategic goal.In the process of economic and social development,produced a variety of performance management mode,among them,the balanced scorecard as a performance management tool is also a strategic management tool,it fully consider all aspects of the factors on the role of enterprise development,combine financial indicators and non-financial indicators for evaluation.Since the concept of balanced scorecard was formally put forward in 1992,it has been accepted by enterprises in various countries,and the management of enterprises has also reached a new stage.In our country,applying the balanced scorecard to implement more is state-owned enterprises,hospitals,schools and other government agencies and institutions,and for the management of small and medium-sized enterprises,the role of the balanced scorecard has not developed to the incisively and vividly.Small and medium-sized enterprises as an important part of our country's economy,it will also affect the development of economy in our country,so for small and medium-sized enterprises,a good enterprise management is the key of the enterprise steady development,strengthening the management of the enterprise is necessary step for the improvement of performance management,balancing the interests of all aspects,in order to realize the long-term operation.This paper takes W company as the research object,the balanced scorecard theory isintroduced into the company's performance evaluation system,combined with its own characteristics,constructing the performance evaluation scheme based on the theory of the balanced scorecard.The paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,the research background,significance,the research status of scholars at home and abroad,the research methods and contents of this paper.The second part introduces the theory of balanced scorecard,details the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,the development process and the advantages and limitations of the balanced scorecard itself.The third part explains the current situation of W company,including the introduction of W company,the status quo of performance management,the existing problems,and the necessity of the balanced score card in the application of W company.The fourth part is based on the research of the balanced scorecard performance management system design,the first building W company strategic map,the second of four dimensions of balanced scorecard indexes and weights are determined,finally points out some problems that should be paid attention to in implementing the performance evaluation.The fifth part is the conclusion,summarizes the overall thought of this article,draws the research conclusion.
