Performance of business enterprise to control its implementation of the strategy as well as an important tool to measure corporate performance, many domestic and foreign enterprises have made related attemptation, a lot of manpower, material and financial resources for continuous improvement, however, when many enterprises are studying the business performance, the same time there are some problems at its performance evaluation system in terms of systematic, scientific, etc., due to many concept or the actual operational reasons.Taking a look at the current downturn in petroleum and petrochemical industry development trend and the trend of fierce competition in the industry, a systematic and scientific business performance evaluation system for a company to maintain an industry-leading level is essential. Since Balanced Scorecard (BSC) was theorized by Professor Kaplan and Dr. Norton in 1990, it has achieved huge success around the world in a few years later, especially in enterprises of developed countries in Europe and America, based on the business performance evaluation system of balanced scorecard is very popular. Recently, Chinese enterprises have gradually recognized that the Balanced Scorecard in the company's actual role in the performance evaluation, and have made the design and implementation in their own enterprise.In this paper, we take CK bit Company for the study, first introduces the performance management theory and the Balanced Scorecard in Performance Management, according to the characteristics of the company for the CK and the status of performance management, the company makes the implementation of balanced scorecard CK Score card for performance evaluation of the feasibility analysis; then use the theory of the Balanced Scorecard in CK Company's specific performance management, and design a performance evaluation model of its own balanced scorecard, making the performance evaluation system can take a good effect in business performance of CK Company.CK Company's performance evaluation has been measured mainly by the financial indicators; such a performance evaluation method has been generated from the advanced international method of performance evaluation. The reason is that the corporate performance is associated with a lot of work, if the evaluation of their performance using only financial indicators alone, there will be a deviation on the time of evaluation, so that enterprises can not accurately be evaluated at their past work, can not be guided on their future work. Therefore, in order to make CK Company a better development, the Balanced Scorecard to evaluate the performance of the business must be introduced, so that the future development of CK Company will be promoted.
