Research On NY Performance Management Based On Balanced Scorecard

With the development of China's economy,the automobile has become a necessity in people's life.The auto parts industry has developed rapidly.At the same time,a large amount of capital has poured into the auto parts market,and the auto parts industry has realized mergers and acquisitions and integrated production.Component companies are also based on the same time,but also to promote the industry's competition intensified.In order to cope with the fierce competition,the implementation of performance management reform,strengthen the management of people is essential.In this paper,the performance management of NY is taken as the research object.Firstly,through the investigation and questionnaire survey,the current performance management of NY is studied and the existing problems are diagnosed.Secondly,on the basis of its internal and external environment analysis This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the reform of performance management based on Balanced Scorecard,and analyzes its internal conditions and limitations.Thirdly,on the basis of environmental analysis,we carry out process re-engineering,strategic performance target Finally,in order to balance the performance of the scorecard system to better implement,this article from the organization and the system on the implementation of NY electronic control performance management put forward the protection measures.This paper hopes to improve the performance management of NY electronic control by balancing the performance management reform of integral card and strengthen the performance management of NY electronic control staff and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.
