The core idea of Lean Production is to reduce waste and to build a highly flexible, highly efficient production systems. It lead the direction of the development of modern manufacturing industry, which as the "standards of the 21st century manufacturing production "Lean Production system derive from Japanese Toyota Motor Corp., but great many domestic automobile enterprises still use the traditional management methods, rather than use the Lean Production system. Chinese automobile industry , in addition to quicken the pace of structural adjustment and the strategic restructuring, and improve the implementation of technical innovation strengthen their self-development ability, specially for vehicle assembly plant and its accompanying parts plant should drawing lessons from Lean Production to substantially reducing the cost, a scientific and efficient management system.This paper main study the implementation of lean production to create enterprise's core competitiveness based on my work experience in BBDC .as we know, Lean production cover very broad, the paper mainly research how to use some special lean production tools to improve production in work station, such as "KANBAN" , standardized operations, balance production lines, production layout, visual management, "5S ".At the same time I analysize the existing problems during implementation process and how to improve management in next step.
