S Company Lean Production Practice Research

With the continuous development of the world economy,the market has put forward higher requirements for enterprises.The globalization competition brought by economic globalization is the problem that every enterprise must face and the problem in manufacturing company is even more prominent.S company is a traditional state-owned enterprise,in its current production management system,there is a lot of waste,which seriously affected the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.Therefore,to find a viable way to help the enterprise reduce costs and improve efficiency has become an issue that must be considered.Lean production originated in the late 1950 s,while China's earliest contact to lean production was in the 1980 s,and the automobile manufacturing enterprise was the first kind of company to practice lean production.Through the practical test,lean production has been proved to be a very effective method of production management,and now it has been extended from the automobile manufacturing industry to various types of manufacturing enterprises.Its advantage is that it can effectively reduce the waste in the production process,improve the production efficiency of the enterprise,so that enterprise's competitiveness in the market can be improved.In this paper,the research on the theory of lean production is the basis of the thesis,and the problem-oriented,elaborated the whole process of S company's lean production,including the preparatory work before the implementation and the concrete measures after the real implementation.After the implementation of a period of time,the enterprise evaluated the production cycle,quality,equipment utilization and other indicators to improve the situation of the assessment,and after the assessment pointed out the future improvement direction.In this paper,through the example of the method,a detailed explanation of the S company to implement lean production has been shown and which provides a paradigm for the other types of manufacturing enterprises to carry out lean production.
