With the development of the economic reform and marketing economy, the competition for the garment business in the textile field has become more and more fierce in our country. Shanghai is a leading place in the opening China .The fast development of the economy leads to the fast development of the garments business. However, the severe competition of the market conflicts with the traditional idea and mechanism of the medium and small enterprise. Facing the new environment, It's an new research task for all the administrator on how to open the new garment field and how to expand the market share and how to establish an effective marketing system.The author introduce the garment business briefly in the article beginning and ask the problem so as to raise the purpose of the thesis, Chapter two is the review of classic market theories. The STP theory, market competition theory as well as the market strategy mix theory.Chapter three is the analysis of marketing environment. This chapter shows us the status of whole surrounding of Quanshen company, the competition structure of the garment trade and the circumstance that Quansheng Company are facing for the time being.Chapter four use the result of circumstance analysis in order to make the best choice in the whole course of the target markets selection and noted out the best fitted target market for Quansheng Company. According to the development of Quansheng Company currently, The author details the new marketing tactics involving product strategy, the price strategy, the place strategy, the promotion strategy. The last chapter is the conclusion of the whole thesis and the suggestion to Quansheng company.The paper is aiming to seek a suitable marketing policy for Quansheng Col.And it is hopefully to be helpful for other medium and small enterprises in the garment field when they design their marketing plan.
