R&D employees are the most important factor of technology innovation and they are the core resource of the society. The importance has raised the concerning and the design of their labor pay is the research hotspot in and out of the country. As the world's competition becomes furious and the outside environment of the corporation is changing faster, R&D employees work as a team to go on with this change. This article will research on a special labor pay system of R&D employees on the base of team work.Based on the research issue and the research purpose, this article summarizes the team pay and broad-band salary. The article goes into particulars with R&D employees' characteristic and their team. Economics theory provides the base of the design of labor pay system of R&D employees. In principal part of the article labor pay system of R&D employees is designed with two levels: collectivity and individual. In the collectivity level, broad-band salary is analyzed with different factors. Then a broad-band salary model which is suitable to R&D employees is designed. This is a innovation point of this article. In the individual level, items of R&D employees' labor pay including base pay, performance pay, item incentive, benefits, allowance and so on are designed in detail according to the function. This work refers widely. In the case part of the article, labor pay of idiographic corporation R&D department is re-designed. This is the application of the research result. |
