Under the current policy,the state encourages private high-tech,high-tech enterprises' research,development and technological innovation,and high-tech enterprise 's research,development and technology innovation are the keys to survival.Then master developer is central to the survival and development of enterprise employees,and how to effectively motivate developers work,how to arouse the enthusiasm of research and development personnel and ability to innovate,becomes the important focus.In this paper,for example,Company A is a established military enterprise,and the leadership of the enterprise is state-owned enterprise worker.The company is currently in the process of competing with many emerging high-tech private enterprises,from the end of 2016,and the competition in the industry has becomes increasingly fierce.It is increasingly necessary to establish a strong product R&D team to provide technical support and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.However,corporate research and development staff pressures increase with the pay was first laid down by the pay system,which not adapt to the working status of current R & D personnel,so the developers need to build a reasonable salary administration program,to arouse the enthusiasm of developers,mine research and develop personnel capacity for innovation,and create more research results for the company.This article in conjunction with domestic and foreign research on pay and compensation theory,by describing the actual situation of A company's research personnel,combined with the results of salary satisfaction investigation and results of research personnel interview.There are several problems about current R&D staff salary administration,including the unfair distribution of wages,lack of external competitiveness levels of remuneration,the structure design of wages such as unreasonable,and not perfect payment management system.To address the problem of the current research and development staff salary management,this combination of broad-band salary theory,I designed a set of incentive salary management of the initiative,humanistic research and development staff work program.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new R&D staff salary management plan,this paper finally puts forward the corresponding implementation preparation and safeguard measures.This article adopts compensation theory,combines with the reality of A company's research and development personnel,solves a series of problems in the R&D staff salary management program to a certain extent,improves pay adjustment mechanism of encouraging research and development personnel,and optimizes developers payment management.At the same time,other departments of company A can also refer to the salary management plan of R&D personnel to expand their ideas.Other high-tech enterprises can also refer to the R&D personnel compensation management to optimize design method.
