The Research Of Atkins China Company For Application Of Broad Band System

This thesis analyzed the application of broad band in ATKINS. With the analysis on ATKINS broad band, the thesis introduces the concept of broad band, the tendency of broad band and difference between broad band and normal salary sys as back ground. Then through analyzing the peculiarity of consulting industry, human resources of ATKINS and broad band sys implemented in 2006, this thesis found some typical issues which hinder broad band sys'effective and achieve company's target. Finally this thesis propose several measures to improve ATKINS broad band sys for other company reference.
