Evaluation Studies Of The Of Hunan Ecological Sustainable Economic Development

Nowadays, the world is experiencing a great transformation, whichhas three main indicators: the form of modern civilization is changingfrom industrial civilization to ecological civilization, the form of moderneconomy is altering from material economy to ecological economy, thedeveloping way of modern economy is varying from non-sustainabledevelopment to sustainable development. All these are an inevitable trendof modern economic development in the new century.Eco-economic sustainable development is a development, whichenables human social economy and ecological environment realizesustainable growth and development. It has two characteristics: thedevelopmental sustainability and developmental coordination. It isnecessary not only to ensure rapid economic development and protect thecoo-economy, but also realize a benign circle between social economyand resources. The principle of sustainable development is a unionbetween environment and development, but coordinated development ofecological and economy is its core.As a completely new standpoint and methodology, ecologicaleconomy and sustainable development make the economic experts andscholars to redefine measure standards of economic performance, whichthe study on the basic theory and application is constantly enriching anddeveloping. But, now the evaluation theory for sustainable developmentof Chinese region ecological economy is still at the fledgling stage, whichhas not formed the theory and methods, can not meet the requirements ofsustainable economic development, and had a little of research onregional eco-economy sustainable development, can not guide thesustainable development of regional eco-economy efficiently. As a central province, rise of central China, Hunan has its owncharacteristics and requirements, when it comes to develop ecologicaleconomy. This paper builds a set of evaluable index systems, which issuit of Hunan local characteristics, and operational, scientific, rational,based on analyzing present condition of Hunan eco-economy sustainabledevelopment, researching three aspects of ecological, economy andsociety, making developmental level, developmental efficiency,developmental potential force and developmental coordination assub-goals for Hunan eco-economy development. And by using neuralnetworks (Back Propogation neural networks and RBF neural networks)and mathematical software (MATLAB), the paper has evaluated theaggregation, four sub-goals and all the evaluable indexs, for eco-economysustainable development in Hunan, pointed out the suggestions byanalyzing the results, All which make a further promotion foreco-economy sustainable development in Hunan, rich evaluable theoryand model for eco-economy sustainable development.
