Study On Sustainable Development Of Agri-Ecological Economy In Heilongjiang Province

Agriculture is the foundation of human society with resistance of survival and development, so the sustainable development of agri-ecological economy system is the foundation of sustainable development of human society, so China's sustainable development strategy must be in the sustainable development of agricultural ecological economy for key, in order to strengthen the basic position of agriculture, then to promote society develop more comprehensive and sustainable. As a big agricultural province, Heilongjiang province is major grain producing area, occupies an important position in the national economy growth, and the quality of its agricultural ecological economic development play an important role in economic development trend in Heilongjiang province, and also have an important effect on the country's food security.This study focus on Heilongjiang province, for object in the agricultural ecological economic system of Heilongjiang province, make a deep study on the structure, function, opportunities and threats of the agricultural ecological economic system. Aims to find out the hindering factors of agri-ecological economy of sustainable development in Heilongjiang province, combining the current state and policy puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of sustainable development in Heilongjiang province, in order to promote the sustainable development of agricultural ecological economy. This paper is divided into seven parts, the first part is the introduction, the 2nd part is the basis theory of agricultural ecological economic development, the 3rd part through the method of the structure, energy flow and SWOT analysis, present multiple perspectives analysis of situation of the agri-ecological economy system of Heilongjiang province, the fourth part make a judgment for the sustainable development situation of agricultural ecological economy in Heilongjiang province through the method of fuzzy integral evaluation, the fifth part to unite the analysis and judgment of the previous part, put forward ways for the sustainable development in Heilongjiang Province, the sixth part put forwards some suggestions for the sustainable development in Heilongjiang Province, the seventh part is the conclusion. This thesis adopts many kinds of methods for research, such as the methods of structural analysis, historical literature, energy flow analysis, and fuzzy integral evaluation, qualitative and quantitative analysis combined, theory and practice combined and so on.This thesis always focus on promoting the development of agricultural ecological economy in Heilongjiang province, through research, we can concluded that the level of sustainable development is not high, then push forward safeguard measures from several aspects, such as resource allocation, the industrial structure optimization, development education, financial support and government and so on.
