The Strategy Study Of Land Sustainable Use Based On A BP Neural Network

Land is not only the basic conditions of human survival and development but also the irreplaceable material wealth of human society. Land sustainable use is the core of the man-land relationship, while land utilization strategy is the basic core to promote developing between population, resources, and environmental. And its purpose is to co-ordinate and arrange globally and prospectively at land sustainable use.Based on the guidance of the thinking of scientific systematically and sustainable development the data about dynamic studies of land sustainable use at home and abroad were collected, collated and analyzed. According to studying the literature and analyzing basic theory deep, the status and progress of land use strategy at home and abroad were summarized and generalized. On this basis, combined with the actual development of Shangluo, the article researched the status, problems and causes of land use of Shangluo comprehensive and systematically and analyzed the development trends of Socio-economic and the demand for land use direction.In order to achieve the trends fitting of model of land sustainable use strategic, the control mode of land use strategy based on programming of Matlab6.5 software and BP neural network system is established from population, economy and environment point of view. Through researching land use and the development of Socio-economic of Shangluo quantitatively and qualitatively, three models of land sustainable use strategies of natural population growth, urbanization, forest coverage and other policy parameters were designed. The models of land sustainable are industrial leading development fast, ecological protection of agricultural support and intensive low coordination development.In addition to, through simulation and comparative analysis to each strategy model and combined with the special location of Shangluo (national important water shelter and the national key area of protecting animals and plants in Qin ling), draw the ecological protection type is always the mode of development strategy of Shangluo. Therefore, the sustainable development is not a single mode. In early industrialization, the model of industry leading and ecological protection are taken, when economic development to a certain stage, the model of coordinate development-oriented and ecological protection can be adopted. On this basis, the strategic focus and strategic suggestions of land sustainable use of Shangluo have been proposed.
